Definetly do not recommend. The staff didn?t even seem surprised. Big red flag. The staff mostly wasn?t very helpful in a general sense either. They helped us get a new room but seemed very inconvenienced doing so. Asking for anything else, like even some basic cutlery, is off the table. The new room was better, more modern. But, the curtains fell off their hangers easily. It was also very hot in the rooms and noisy. The location is fine. There?s a tram closeby which you can take for ?3.50 to the city centre. Very loud, busy road nearby however. Generally I do not recommend this hotel at all. Look for better options (and bedbugs). |

They first placed us in a room on the ground floor where after 10 min inside the bathroom heater literally fell from the wall, hitting my boyfriend. When we called the receptionist he laughed at us and asked if we placed something on top of the heater (which we didn't). After being accommodated in a different room, we found out on the last night that one of the beds had bedbugs on it, and our friend was completely beaten by them. We tried to contact reception about this matter during check-out, but there was no one there. Tried calling and emailing, also no answer. I cannot emphasize enough: do NOT stay here! |
