I arrived a little earlier than check-in time and was asked to pay an extra fee for early entry, which I did. Later, another staff member asked me to pay again. When I told him I had already paid, he denied it and said there was no record of the payment ? even though the bank statement clearly showed they had charged me. ? I was then told I had booked two rooms, which I did not. The confusion happened because the receptionist initially said I had no reservation at all. ? The place was not clean. There were many insects in the room ? I even have photos to prove it. ? There was no air conditioning, and the room was extremely hot, with no fans or cooling options provided. ? The bed was uncomfortable, and I even found bugs on it. Very unpleasant and unhygienic. Positives: ? The breakfast was decent. Not amazing, but acceptable. ? One of the reception staff, originally from Somalia, was very kind, respectful, helpful, and professional. I truly appreciated his attitude and service. Final Verdict: This was the worst hotel experience I?ve ever had. I am absolutely not satisfied with my stay. The hotel was terrible in every possible way, and I would never recommend it to anyone. |
