This is a direct indication of the presence of bugs, which can be interpreted as bedbugs given the context of a hotel room. | I am frequent guest of this and other Accor/ Mercure hotels. This time decided to provide opinion based on feedback given by my business colleagues - also guests asking to not leave it without comment. The room was not cleaned properly- a lot of strange hairs around. The worst were different of types bugs in tens multiplied immediate in every corner of the room up and down side of the room. I have reported this issue asking for change. The problem is that service simply said - no room available. Any sorry, check, nothing. I have spent next day hour asking for new room - revived but no sorry - no We will try to do anything. The same story with all reception service- poor quality at the desk all the time when check in and check out. Three times provided data for company invoice - at check in, mid and check out - service always started from scratches - suprised and not nice - spent three hours on that issue besides I am there often for couple of days.Really pitty - hotel nice located but service far from nice. |
