First and foremost ? BED BUGS. Yes, actual bed bugs crawling around the mattress. I woke up with bites on my arms and legs, and when I reported it to the staff, they acted like I was making it up. No apology, not even a basic attempt at customer service. Speaking of the staff ? unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I?ve never encountered such dismissive, careless behavior. Every request felt like I was inconveniencing them, and any complaint was brushed off with eye-rolls or sarcasm. They clearly don?t care about guests or the reputation of this hotel. This place is an absolute health hazard and a hospitality nightmare. Avoid it at all costs ? sleep in your car if you have to. It?ll be cleaner, quieter, and you?ll at least be treated with more dignity. |
