It was clear the room had been infested for some time, and the hotel has done nothing about it. It turned into a nightmare for us, with a sleepless night full of itching. When we brought this up with the owner, all he did was apologize. However, nothing was done to resolve the situation?no room change, no refund. It's obvious this problem has been ignored for a long time. On top of that, the shower barely worked. The water either didn?t run at all or only trickled out, making it impossible to wash properly. The hotel is also located in an industrial area, which means constant noise from nearby factories and trucks throughout the day and night. If you?re looking for peace and cleanliness, this hotel is the exact opposite. I strongly advise against staying here! |
