We have stayed here in September, and in the middle of the night we found the bed infested with BED BUGS. At the reception, they offered no help at all, so in desperation, we left the hotel in the night. The staff promised us that our money would be refunded, however they never did, and they don't reply to emails. We noticed several other reviewers had exactly the same experience, so apparently the hotel staff doesn't care at all. Stay away or you risk transferring the bug plague to your own home!!! |
