We booked a 3 bed bedroom. When we arrived we saw that one of the bed was a foldable bed they brought in from a storage room or somewhere ... That alone wouldn't have been a problem but shockingly we had to discover that the room or rather the additional bed had bed bugs ... Now we have to deal with decontaminateing our luggage and everything else that was in the room. |
