We stayed for 3 nights although we booked for 4 as there are bedbugs in the hotel, we were afraid to go to sleep in the evening because we were waking up with new bites each morning. Even though we left 1 day earlier and showed the receptionist the bites, we never got any refund - the receptionist gave us a card to "contact the manager" but we never heard back. Apart from this nightmare, the rest of the stay was bad too. The room was dirty with glass on the floor, the shower was dripping and leaking, the card to enter the room didn't work properly and had to be reset often, some of the lights didn't work, the window shutter was broken, there was constant noise (ventilation?), the mini fridge smelled bad etc. |
