Turns out I wake up around 4am full of bites. I cannot sleep and I tell reception. They say it is not possible, I show them videos and pictures, they send cleaning staff and they confirm it is true, more than 7 or 8 found, all of them grown up bedbugs. Hotel staff assured we brought them into the hotel. I just landed there, with the whole grown family of bed bugs, sure. Reception refused to believe us, it was our fault apparently. I wrote and email to the hotel in hopes to find the manager or someone facing the problem. No reply whatsoever, it was almost a year ago. Do not put your feet into this hotel I warn you about it. Bedbugs are incredible annoying, it can happens but pointing the customer it just feels so sad. |
