I was given a room which wasn't cleaned properly (which should have been because of Covid-19). Since I was there for 1 night, I didn't mind but later that night, something woke me up. Bed bugs ?? I was bitten all over my body and they are my phobia. I immediately went to the reception and asked if I could change room (it was 00:00). I was told there he wasn't sure there is a free room and if there isn't, he'll just refund me and i would have to go find something elsewhere. Where on earth would i find somewhere to sleep at midnight unless on the streets? Luckily there was a last room free where i got to spend the night since I couldn't sleep anymore. 35? for this type of room and service isn't worth it at all. |

I checked into my initial room (409) during the evening and found bed bugs crawling all over the pillow. I asked the staff if I could switch rooms and they switched me to another room (410). They were apologetic and nice. I thought I escaped the bug problem, but there were even more bed bugs in the new room. I tried staying up all night to get rid of a few. I even saw some crawling on my backpack. Of course, I woke up with TONS of bites the next morning. I developed an allergic reaction to the point where I couldn?t bend my fingers because of how swollen they got. Please be aware of this issue. The hostel needs to address this. Besides the bugs, the hostel location is close to the station which is great. But it is also near the red light district so be aware of the chaos and noise of the area. There is no WiFi in the rooms. Only WiFi in the hostel lobby. And there are limited outlet plugs in the rooms. |

Dann hatten wir leider Bettwanzen im Zimmer - das scheint dem Hostel ein bekanntes Problem zu sein. Als Lösungsvorschlag wurde uns dann gesagt, wir würden das Geld zurück bekommen und könnten uns was neues suchen. Super, damit ist uns nicht wirklich geholfen. Dann stand auf einmal ohne zu klopfen ein Mitarbeiter im Zimmer (8er Gruppenzimmer, nur Frauen) und verbot uns auf die Toilette zu gehen - in einem Ton der nicht angebracht war. Die Lage ist gut - das reicht aber leider nicht um den Rest aufzuwerten. Wir suchen uns ein anderes Hostel. |

First, It was super hot that day (40 degree), no fan, no aircon - fair enough, you get what you pay for. BUT, the windows of the room couldn't be opened, leaving myself suffocated. Second, the wifi was terrible inside the room. Third, the reception did not let ANY guest in before the exact check-in time - come on, it was during the week and there was only 3/8 people in my room - do you need to be that INFLEXIBLE? AND, ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, there were BEDBUGS on my bed. Obviously I didnt recognize that when I was there, otherwise I could have sued the hostel. When I got home, my ENTIRE body was full of bedbug bites, and it got worse and worse afterwards that I had to visit a doctor, and until now, 1 and a half month after that, my entire body is still full of darkspots from that crazy night. WORSE HOSTEL EVER! Beware of what you're gonna get. |

Noise from outside, hallways are noisy. Loudness I can deal with using earplugs but the bugs were a big nope! Avoid this hostel...until they solve this problem. |
