Ruhe erst um 3:00 Uhr möglich, es wird geschrien etc. Tiefgarage Katastrophe sehr eng die Lifte sehr unstabil. Dieses Hotel sollte geschlossen werden.

I had the worst experience of my life at Hotel Abalon in Stuttgart some weeks ago. The hotel is far from the city center, which made everything inconvenient. But what made it truly unbearable was the staff's behavior. They were incredibly rude and made me wait for over an hour under 35-degree sun because they claimed no rooms were available at 4 p.m. When I finally got my room, it was filthy. I found dirt and grime in the bathroom. But the worst part? The bedsheets had stains and small insects crawling on them. I went immediately to complain, but the arrogant reception staff did absolutely nothing to help. Of course I couldn?t tolerate staying there any longer, so I left the hotel with my mother and needed to pay for a second hotel as the staff of course didn't do anything about my complaint. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I?ve ever had in all of Europe. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.
